Poprad-Tatry Airport is the highest-altitude international airport in Slovakia and is located just a few minutes’ drive from Beňovský Apartments. It is the ideal gateway for visitors heading to the High Tatras.
Upon arrival, the fastest way to get there is by taxi or through services like Bolt; the trip takes about 8 minutes. If you prefer a hassle-free arrival, we’ll be happy to arrange a taxi or private airport transfer for you upon request, taking you directly from the airport to Beňovský Apartments. Of course, you can also use public transportation to get to the center of Poprad.

Poprad-Tatry Railway Station is one of the most important railway hubs in Slovakia. Long-distance trains from Bratislava, Košice, Prague, and Žilina stop here, as do regional trains heading to the High Tatras.
From the station, you can reach Beňovský Apartments by taxi in about 5 minutes. If you’d like to arrange transportation in advance, we’d be happy to book a reliable taxi for you that will pick you up right in front of the station building. You can also use the city bus lines or take a pleasant 30-minute walk through the center of Poprad, provided you’re not traveling with luggage.

The Poprad Bus Station is located right next to the train station, so it offers the same transportation options. Regular regional and long-distance bus routes run here from all over Slovakia and from abroad.
The most comfortable option is a short taxi ride, which takes about 5 minutes. Upon request, we’ll be happy to arrange a pickup directly from the bus station to make your arrival as comfortable as possible. You can also take city bus lines 2 or 3, or walk through the city center.
